Since 1982, the Mackinac Outfitter has been proudly owned by Mackinac Island locals. The Luciani Brothers (Michael, John, and Joey) are pleased to carry on this tradition. Our goal is to continue to serve the community as a centerpiece of outdoor adventure on Mackinac Island and in northern Michigan.

Growing up on Mackinac Island, the Outfitter was always our gateway to our next adventure as we hiked, paddled, rode, and swam through the stunning natural beauty of northern Michigan and the Great Lakes. We’re happy to be able to help write the next chapter of the Outfitter and serve the community that raised us.

Inspired by the rugged conditions of Northern Michigan, our products are a great way to bring home a piece of the summer. Whether it’s a rain jacket or a swimsuit, sunglasses or a parka, know that every one of our products has been tested up north in some of the most trying of conditions. No matter what the forecast calls for, we truly believe that it’s a great day to be outside!
